HDPE Bottles and Containers — Pharmaceutical Grade
Pharmaceutical-grade HDPE bottles provide moisture barrier protection and chemical compatibility for tablet, capsule and liquid medicine products distributed through Bangladesh's public health system. They are manufactured from virgin resin, tested for migration and permeation limits and supplied with child-resistant or standard closure systems as specified. Blister Foil — Aluminum and PVC/PVDC
Blister packaging seals individual tablets or capsules in a formed plastic cavity sealed with a push-through aluminum lidding foil, providing unit-dose protection against moisture, oxygen and contamination. PVC and PVDC base films are thermoformed to the blister pocket shape while aluminum foil with heat-seal lacquer forms the lidding material. Al-Amin Traders supplies blister base films and aluminum lidding foil in the widths and gauges compatible with EDCL's blister packaging machines.

Pharmaceutical Cartons and Folding Boxes
Pharmaceutical folding cartons are the outer secondary packaging that contains the primary pack and carries the product labeling, dosage instructions and regulatory information. They are manufactured from SBS or recycled board with printed text and barcodes to EDCL's approved artwork and are designed to lock securely around the blister or bottle. Package Inserts and Labels
Package inserts are the printed information leaflets included with pharmaceutical products that provide full prescribing information, patient instructions, contraindications and storage conditions. Pharmaceutical labels are printed on pressure-sensitive stock or heat-shrink material and carry the required regulatory information for each product. Pharmaceutical desiccants are placed inside tablet and capsule containers to absorb ambient moisture and protect moisture-sensitive drug products from degradation during their shelf life in Bangladesh's humid tropical climate. Silica gel, molecular sieve and clay desiccants are available in sachet and canister formats sized to the container volume and the product's moisture sensitivity requirements. Ampoules and Vials — Glass and Plastic
Glass ampoules and vials are the primary containers for injectable pharmaceutical products and must be manufactured from Type I borosilicate glass that meets pharmacopoeial hydrolytic resistance requirements. Plastic vials in polypropylene and COP/COC materials are used for products where glass is unsuitable. Al-Amin Traders supplies ampoules in standard 1ml to 20ml sizes and vials in crimp-top and screw-cap configurations for EDCL's injectable product manufacturing requirements.

IV Bags and Infusion Containers
Intravenous infusion bags and containers are used for the large-volume parenteral products including normal saline, dextrose and Ringer's solution manufactured and distributed by EDCL to government hospitals. IV bags are manufactured from PVC or non-PVC polyolefin films with integrated infusion ports and additive injection sites. Al-Amin Traders supplies IV bag films, port assemblies and complete bag sets in the 250ml, 500ml and 1000ml sizes used in EDCL's infusion manufacturing line.
